Refund Policy

Our commitment: We want you to be completely satisfied with CyberShield. If you're not happy for any reason, contact us within 7 days of your first charge and we'll make it right.

1. Free Trial

All new accounts include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends with no charge whatsoever.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following situations:

7-day money-back guarantee — If you are charged and request a refund within 7 days of your first payment, we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
Technical issues — If a verified technical issue on our end prevented you from using the service, we will refund the affected billing period.
Duplicate charges — If you were charged twice in error, we will immediately refund the duplicate charge.

Please note: Refunds are not available for partial months after the 7-day window, or if the account was suspended for violating our Terms of Service.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings → Billing tab. When you cancel:

Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period
You will not be charged again after cancellation
No partial month refunds are issued after the 7-day window
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted

4. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@cybrshieldtech.com with the subject line "Refund Request"

Include your account email address and the reason for your refund request

We will respond within 1 business day and process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing time is typically 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks can result in account suspension. We're committed to resolving any issues fairly and quickly — just reach out to billing@cybrshieldtech.com.
